Hayato “Kevin” Mitsuishi is Producer and CEO of Kevin’s Entertainment, a Los Angeles–based film production company. With extensive experience working in both the U.S. and Japan, he has produced films that span cultures and cater towards a global audience.

Blending a strong business foundation with creative production expertise, Hayato brings both an analytical and artistic perspective to filmmaking. His background includes work at 20th Century Fox as well as independent film production through Kevin’s Entertainment. He is also the founder of LA EigaFest, a Japanese film festival in Los Angeles that ran from 2011 - 2015, where he successfully premiered major Japanese films in North America, brought Japanese talent to the U.S., and managed large-scale festival operations involving distributors, sponsors, media, and over 100 staff and volunteers. 

Born and raised in Canada to Japanese parents, educated in Toronto, New York, Tokyo, and Los Angeles, and professionally active across Japan and the U.S., Hayato has over 25 years of experience across the business, government, and entertainment sectors. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Business and Commerce from Keio University.
